The Minsk Regional Specialized Legal Advice Office on Juridical Support to Business (UKPSB) is a part of the Minsk Regional Bar Association.
Our UKPSB was created during the reform of Belarussian advocacy in 2021 and included advocates from major Belarussian advocatory bureaus as Sorainen, Revera, Bureau 24, etc.
Our advocates have many years of experience not only in the field of providing legal assistance, but also significant experience in international, economic, military courts and courts of general jurisdiction.
The UKPSB is currently the only Belarussian legal advice office that is included in the international ranking of the Russian Arbitration Association (RAA) in the categories “International Arbitration and Mediation” and “Dispute Resolution/Judicial Practice (State Courts).”
An integrated approach to legal support to business is ensured by the broad competencies that our advocates have: contract law, corporate law, bankruptcy, taxes, construction and investment, transportation and freight forwarding, international law and IT technologies, international commercial arbitration, intellectual property, medical law, criminal legal protection of business owners, etc.
